David Sanford has served the Newport Beach and Orange County real estate market since the early 1980's, and is the principal officer and broker of Newport Apartment Group. 

David lives in Newport Beach and has been involved in hundreds of purchase, sale and exchange transactions, exceeding hundreds of millions of dollars in cumulative value primarily in coastal Orange County, California. He was one of the area’s top producing agents representing some of the larger real estate companies prior to establishing Newport Apartment Group in 1983.  Among others, David previously worked with Sotheby’s International Realty and Coldwell Banker, however he has chosen to create a more personal and specialized operation, with emphasis on multi-family investment real estate, and for some select clientele luxury homes on the coast.

David received his under-graduate degree in International Relations from USC, Studied at the International Institute in Madrid, Spain, and after a short stint in international banking, moved into the Orange County Real Estate market.  While conducting a successful real estate career, David attended law school, receiving his juris-doctorate from Western State University of Law in 1990, and is also practicing real estate and business attorney.

David works with a select clientele consisting of family trusts, high net worth individuals, corporations and other entities, many of whom he has represented for more than 25 to 35 years, building real estate investment portfolios and increasing net worth.

David brings to the table an extensive knowledge of the Orange County investment real estate market, with a depth and experience that is un-paralleled. He is a member of the Newport Beach Association of Realtors, the Orange County Apartment Association and the California State Bar.
